We support your manufacturing with our polarised light camera and analytical software. We film production issues of transparent material (vials, blisters, glass items, foils) with polarized light. Defects, scratches, flaws, residual tensions brought in during manufacturing become visible. Hence, they can be corrected and improved. You receive an improved manufacturing process, with higher quality and higher capacity.

Housing steel. Viewing glass thermoplastic polyamide. O-ring and flat seal rubber (NBR). Reflector aluminium. Screw and hex nut steel. Version: Housing painted black. Transparent viewing glass, high mechanical stability, non-ageing, temperature resistant with oil up to 100 °C, with water up to 70 °C. Reflector painted white, markings and scale black. Screw and hexagon nut, electro zinc-plated. Note: The oil level gauges can either be fastened as shown in the illustration or directly in the threaded hole. Centre distance for the fastening holes = L1 ±0.5. The oil level gauges are suitable for tanks operating without pressure. Maximum operating temperature: 100 °C.

Antireflective is an optical coating that reduces reflection and increases light transmission. As a result, it provides better transparency and view through glass. It is typically recommended when there is a great difference in brightness on one or both sides of the glass (such as displays, windows, facades...) Combination If you add our antireflective to our antiglare treatment, you will improve the optical performance towards zero reflection (except sodalime).
