Rotating platform Mod. FP T 1500 with recess for transpallet insertion, table diameter mm. 1500 and 90° load (only base without column). Following some modifications made to the machines it is no longer possible to have front loading. The pallet must not have the lower sleepers on the insertion side of the pallet truck. In the basic version, for safety reasons, the operator must always keep the button or the footswitch pressed during winding. Releasing it, the rotary table stops randomly, so you must manually align the platform to the unloading position. When ordering, it is possible to purchase the surcharge for the electrical system with PLC LOGO SIEMENS, complete with safety photocell on the pallet load, programming of the number of revolutions, variation of the table speed (inverter) and stop in the unloading position. With this modification the power supply of the table goes from 380V to 220V.

The trays to be washed are lined up on the Rotating Basket Platform of our machine, and the trays are circulated with the same water, completing the washing process.

We recommend using only top quality film in that it significantly reduces packaging waste and problems caused by use of an unsuitable product.

Place the pallet on the platform and hook the stretch film to the base then press the start button. The platform begins to rotate, after 2-3 turns operate the button for coil ascent. After reaching the desired height, stop the lifting of the reel and after 2-3 turns stop the machine or operate the descent of the reel and carry out the winding up to the base of the pallet. At the end of wrapping, press the stop button and cut the film. With 1 roll of film you are able to wrap an average of 60 pallets. The film is also available in white 30 my, suitable to protect the contents of the pallets from sunlight. The white film is opaque and can be used to hide valuable goods during transport.

The wire drawn by the bullblocks Mod. MO/P is taken-out of the rotating platform through a coil extractor and positioned on the compactor. The compacted coil will be strapped by means of steel strapping unit and then it will be tilted in a horizontal position for permitting an easy unload by a fork-lift truck.

The СГИ 1200 cylinder head test stand is designed to detect micro cracks and air-tightness of the engine cylinder heads. The stand is equipped with a turntable for rotating the cylinder head in an aqueous solution and detecting tightness defects in different planes. This is a professional stand with pneumatic lifting and lowering of the turntable and electric 360-degree platform rotation drive. The cylinder head is sealed and placed in a heated aqueous solution. Thermal expansion of a heated part allows you to detect microcracks between valve seats, damaged plugs and other places in the cylinder head. Air is supplied through the opening in the cylinder head at a pressure of 4-6 bars. The presence of air bubbles allows you to detect a defective spot in the head.
