IFA Technology designs and implements the right exhaust air purification system for every pollutant. Exhaust air scrubbers are used for exhaust air purification of exhaust air streams from industrial processes loaded with harmful gas. These exhaust air purification systems work according to the principle of absorption and separate pollutants present in the exhaust air in the liquid phase. Depending on the substance, pollutants are either physically dissolved or chemically bound by the addition of lye and/or acid. We consider your individual requirements and build customised exhaust air purification systems for you. With the companies Wessel-Umwelttechnik and Airprotech we have competent partners within the Deurotech Group at our side to develop special and complex systems for exhaust air purification.

We offer process solutions for all types of fruit and for all stages of production: from the delivery of fresh fruit, through extraction or pressing to the final packaging of the juice aseptically or by hot filling. Alternatively, we build plant for the preparation of quality juice, starting from pureés and concentrates in aseptic drums, while respecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. In both cases, our technologies ensure that a homogeneous and natural liquid is obtained thanks to a perfect combination of the blended products. All Ing.A.Rossi production plant is highly automated, and can be operated from a control room, in order to minimise operator error and guarantee repeatability and precision in the process. Production lines can also be integrated with waste water purification plants, and can cater for both small and large-scale production: we don’t have any volume limits. A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.
