After cutting the fillet up in portions, we treat the salmon with a delicious marinade. After soaking up the flavors, we put the salmon on a skewer and package it on a tray. Ready to cook!

Freshly cut from our pristine Atlantic salmon, our portioning machine cuts the salmon accurate up to 2 grams. The portions are then vacuum packed (IVP) and individually quick-frozen (IQF) according to customer wishes.

A whole Atlantic salmon fillet: the preferred product for caterers, restaurant chefs and smokehouses. This product can be supplied fresh, frozen or smoked. Also, we have the capabilities to vacuum the product to improve shelf life. IVP and IQF possible.
