On machines with a Yaxis the component can be machined in any position. The turning table is set on a sliding bed. The default Yaxis travel corresponds to the swing diameter of the machine size, but can be tailored to suit any application

Our magnet control rectifier product is produced as 220 VDC or 120 VDC for magnet lift devices. Application powers vary between 3 kW and 60 kW. The magnet control rectifier can be easily operated by the user with the remote control Start-Stop remote control, and lifting and dropping operations are performed safely. In addition, the inductive energy released during closing (demagnetism) is eliminated by a special damping snubber circuit, ensuring smooth operation of the on-off contactor. Magnetism and Demagnetism are done with automation-controlled control on the rectifier panel, On-Off and Reverse-Direct voltage application technique. The electromagnetic separators suspended on conveyor belts, are the most effective equipment for removal of ferrous contamination from other nonferrous materials. Consist of an electromagnet which creates powerful magnetic fields that are generated by electrical coils which provide the required attractive force to separate the iron pieces. Those pieces are attracted towards the poles remaining there until they are manually cleaned. The cleaning is performed by the demagnetization of the equipment, so all ferrous contaminants will come off. Havar® is a heat treatable Cobalt base alloy that provides very high strength. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and is non-magnetic.
