Drinking water supply pipes of PVC-C and PP-R pipes with which houses have been renovated and equipped in the 90s become more and more lead after 20 – 25 years. Many pipe producers do not longer offer repair parts or the repair is too complex. So the owner has no alternative as to renovate the pipes completely. As an experienced producer of connectors in the field of pipe systems we have dealt with this problem together with our customers. Now we can offer a cheap alternative for the repair of PVC-C and PP-R pipes for hot water. Instead of complex repairs by welding or adhering the BEULCO push-in connector enables to repair the damage in short time. Conduits can be filled shortly after their installations. An additional advantage is that special tools are not necessary. Simply repairing instead of expensively renovating and disposing. In this way the budget is credited and the environment is protected.

Load capacity: 125 kN test load EN 124. Material: Frame and cover sections in extruded aluminium. Features: BVA-RA alu largely sealed (design similar to BVA): New modular system with huge advantages. The frames are joined lengthways to special connecting elements. For larger covers (from a length of approximately 3 m), the HAGO multi-part cover is delivered disassembled, ready for assembly on site. Patented cross-beams: The cross-beam system is registered as Patent no. 396796. The cross-beams can be easily removed without tools, to give clear access to the entire duct. Cross-beams are easy to insert and fix in place. The Quick Repair (QR) transition coupling sets a new standard for quick but professional repairing of leaking pipe connections. The QR coupling is maintenance free and made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 with a rubber sealing (EPDM or NBR) inside and is therefore fully protected against corrosion. The wedges are easy to assemble without using a special tool and you only have to clean the sealing surfaces. Furthermore a big benefit of the QR coupling is that you don’t have to stop the flow during mounting, the pipeline stays operational. This sustainable professional solution means a lot of time gain for the mechanic.

The AVK REWAG Triple band repair clamp FS30 is a high quality solution to repair leaks in pipes. It is available in 304 or 316 body and bolt material and can be provided with NBR, EPDM and FKM sealing material. Standard versions have the bolts spaced at 100 mm but we also offer our high pressure version with a 50 mm bolt spacing. Although not available as a standard version we also offer 75 mm spacing. The bolts (studs) in the standard version are provided with a PTFE coating that prevent galling and ensures easy assembly but also disassembly after many years. The AVK stainless steel repair clamp is a simple, quick and solid solution for repairs to pipes made of steel, copper, asbestos cements, cast iron and plastic pipes. This stainless steel repair clamps can be used for the permanent repair of cracks, holes or complete breakages in pipes or for tapping. The AVK stainless steel repair clamp can be made of high quality AISI 304 or AISI 316. The Repico repair couplings offer solutions to repair leaking pipes, elbows and welds. The pipe can be damaged or the integrity has degraded. This can be a temporary or permanent repair. All repair couplings have hinges or locks allowing the clamp to be “wrapped” around the damaged area. It requires less space than the traditional repair clamp, is able to resist higher pressures and is easier to install. A repair coupling offers a quicker solution than replacing a pipe section and much less cost is involved. Spills into the environment or loss of valuable products can be stopped faster than most other methods offering a high integrity solution. Having several of them in stock can resolve unwanted situations by just torqueing a few bolts. The RH type has 1 lock and 1 hinge, it opens as a shell and “wraps” around the pipe.
