IKO Linear Roller Way Super X is a highperformance roller type linear motion rolling guide with 4 rows of wellbalanced cylindrical rollers arranged in parallel in a highrigidity casing. This allows for smooth running, high reliability, stable high accuracy and rigidity. Even when heavy load or fluctuating load is applied, it has low elastic deformation and is stable, making it suitable when vibration or shock is applied. Models are available in a wide range of performances and sizes, and can be selected according to the application.

In this series, the caged cylindrical rollers, AZK, and the complete bearings, AZ, in which AZK are combined with an inner ring (WS) and an outer ring (GS) are available. The cage has a special precise structure which is highly rigid. The cylindrical rollers are outwardly arranged and guided by the cage with exact precision to enable them to withstand heavy loads, even at high rotation speeds.

The IKO Crossed Roller Way is a linear motion rolling guide that incorporates a roller cage between two linear ways with Vshaped surfaces that act as track grooves. Because the cylindrical rollers are alternately crossed, this arrangement can handle loads in any direction while providing extremely highaccuracy and smooth linear motion. High Rigidity Type Crossed Roller Bearing V has a solid onepiece construction for both inner and outer rings. Therefore, high accuracy and high rigidity are achieved, and mounting errors can be minimized. Similar in design to yoke type track rollers with axial guidance, our KIS cam rollers are based on needle roller or cylindrical roller bearings. Instead of an inner ring, they are equipped with a solid bolt. This serves as an inner ring replacement and is provided with a fastening thread. Our yoke type track rollers are available as single or double row needle roller or cylindrical roller bearings. Depending on the application requirements, the KIS range offers different ready-to-fit variants. Equipped with particularly thick-walled outer rings, our yoke type track rollers can support high radial loads and tolerate axial loads from minor misalignments, skewed running or short-term start-up shocks.
