The adoption of accurate production processes also performed with latest generation CNC numerical control machines and the use of selected raw materials, are the first guarantee of quality and reliability over time of our product.

Combined fixing plates in steel or galvanised steel, to be welded or directly screwed on tanks of industrial machines or generating sets. The use of this fixing plates make easier and very faster the assembling operations of our fixed mechanical level gauge in combination with our bayonet tank cap passage diameter 40 mm. Combined fixing of tank cap and fixed level indicator allows to easily monitor the liquid level in the tank during the refueling. We can supply versions with customized dials, also with your company logo or writings (“Oil”, “Diesel”, “Fuel”, “Gas” or others on request). The new dial with 4 colors (green for full tank, red for reserve and black for intermediate levels, on white background) allows an optimal visualization of the fluid level in the tank. This mechanical liquid level gauge can be used with different inclinations up to the maximum recommended angle to the vertical of 20°.

ASM.CF tank cap, 2” female threaded, in aluminium material, complete of different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic or ventilated or equipped with a controlled ventilation system through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the ASM.CF tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. The ASM.CF fuel plug can be equipped with a removable filter and/or safety chain or cable. This product particularly lends itself to customizations with writings, company logos and drawings.

P3 oil tank cap female threaded, in plastic material, passage diameter 32 mm with NBR sealing gasket. It is available hermetic or ventilated. On request, we can supply versions with different colours, customized writings and oil logos. We also provide versions with modified design for easing the handle even when worker uses work gloves. We supply P3 filling plug combined to our P3 threaded filling system, possibly also equipped with safety cable and removable filter. It is however possible to obtain the threaded filler neck profile directly from the tank molding. P3 oil tank cap is generally used on tanks of building and agricultural vehicles, such as earth-moving machineries, on machines for cleaning and environment and on oil tanks of special vehicles. We supply this cap with variable or fixed code key or with the universal fixed code key 455: in this case, a single key allows to open all the components with keyed alike locking system, for example in a soundproofed cabin of power generator (cap with key, pushbutton actuator with key, handle with key, selector switch activator key).
