IKO Linear Bushing G is a high load capacity type linear motion rolling guide in which the external cylinder performs endless linear motion on a shaft with grooved raceway. It is a linear bushing with large load capacity despite being simple and very compact. Since the external cylinder and shaft with grooved raceway dimensions are individually managed, each can be freely added and exchanged. Click here for details on the interchangeable type High Load Capacity The structure in which balls in two rows have contact with the track groove of the shaft allows greater rigidity and larger load capacity. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft There are two types of shafts with grooved raceway solid shaft LMG and hollow shaft LMGT. The hollow shaft is useful for piping, wiring, air removal, etc. Dimensionally Compatible with Linear Bushings Dimensionally compatible with the Linear Bushing LM Series to allow easy replacement.

Housing hardened and black oxidised. Contact faces ground. Note: Locating bushes are placed in a fixture or interchangeable subplate and form the counterpart to the locating cylinder. The locating bushes are centred in a reamed hole and then fastened with 4 screws. The balls of the locating cylinder engage in the groove in the locating bush, thereby forming a fast, secure and highly accurate changeover unit, and reducing setup and changeover times. Hardened to 780 ±40 HV 10 and ground. Without leadin groove. Note All bushes have the bore size marked on the upper face, e.g. 10. Diameters D1 over 15 mm increase in size by 0.5 mm. Dowels or coiled spring pins together with DIN 1731 flathead screws can be used in place of the stop pin.

Where to use deva.bm/9P deva.bm ®/9P is a self-lubricating bi-metal sliding material. The sliding layer is applied to the stainless steel back in a combined rolling/sintering process. The lubricant in deva.bm ®/9P is microscopically distributed PTFE which leads to significantly reduced friction and wear figures. deva.bm ®/9P is the optimum material for p>25 N/mm² and has its best performance at slow speeds and intermittent service.
