Displacement sensors models 8710 and 8711 with resistance tracks made of conductive plastic material are designed for a direct and accurate measuring of mechanical displacements. A special ball joint coupling is mountable on both ends of the driving rod. Because of this the sensor may be used free of clearance or lateral forces also with angular or parallel misalignment between sensor and measuring device. A special multi-fingered slider provides a good electrical contact also at high adjustment speeds or vibrations. Areas of application are: —Electromagnets —Switch and button deflections —Pneumatic cylinders —Press-fits (longitudinal press-fits) —Hydraulic cylinders —Measurements of deformation and bending —Length tolerances —Feeding paths Due to the technology employed in potentiometric displacement sensors, they always operate with a sliding contact system.

The DIXI 4 S is a proven, inexpensive, hydraulic compact press. The entire technology, including cylinders and roller hinges, is located in the housing. Here you get a space-saving solution by filling the press chamber from above. The good visual impression also allows it to be used in areas with public traffic. The DIXI 4 S has a footprint of only 0.7 m2 and can be set up in relatively narrow niches.

TYP A 040/R Solder lug inserter Description The Streckfuss solder lug inserting device Type A 04 R is designed, to insert solder lugs into p. c. boards. The Solder lugs are automatically moved into the device by a vibrating conveyor. An air cylinder then presses them into the p. c. board. To do this, the p. c. board is to be held manually to the setting position. The setting process by itselve is triggered over an tracer finger. This inserting device is able to process all kind of usual in the trade solder lugs (incl. double tongues), which can be supplied by a conveyor for bulk materilas. Components

The possible applications of paper bowls for the embossing technology are manifold: It either gets the "worn-in" relief of the embossing cylinder, it is used as a smooth cylinder for pressing, or it is used for calendering. At our 1200 square metre-large production hall, we use the latest technology to manufacture paper bowls with a maximum length of 2400 mm at 3400 mm total length and, depending on the particular requirements, with or without swell. Next, the paper bowls are finished on a special rotating machine.
