Pressteck is one of the world's leading specialists for deep-drawn individual parts on transfer presses and their processing into assemblies. In this non-cutting tension-pressure process, we produce hollow parts from a metal strip in several stages, which can be aluminium, stainless steel, copper or brass, among others. Compared to other processes, deep drawing has decisive advantages: Material consumption and production costs are lower, and at the same time the strength of the components is higher. We are highly innovative and optimise deep drawing technology beyond what is currently possible. We manufacture your individual component from coiled sheet metal and master demanding geometries and high degrees of forming.

Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

Many different shapes are possible with just one mould – notwithstanding easy handling and short changeover times. The easiest way to produce a 3D room element is to use a fixed inner core with a slope. However, this approach is only suitable to elements in which the formation of a wall slope in the element is possible within the scope of the standards and static requirements. Such is the case for the design of garages or the production of transformer stations. For the production of substation elements in particular, we developed a solution that covers common types of stations, is flexible to use, and which can speed up the process in the plant.

Visionary concepts come true with upcrete® modular moulds – even complex concrete structures can be produced with smooth surfaces on all sides. The room module mould with “flying” shrinking core was the fi rst room cell mould developed in Hockenheim and was used for a modular housing project for a Peruvian customer. This mould variant is based on the upcrete® technology, in which self-compacting concrete is pumped from below into a closed mould. This process allows the concrete to optimally distribute within the mould and yields smooth surfaces on all sides, as well as precise edges and recesses. Another advantage is that the structure can be produced in its fi nal installation position, which means that subsequent turning is no longer required.

Our newly developed modular mould kit offers the perfect solution also for smaller projects. One of the unique features of the new concept is the patent-pending shrinking mechanism, whereby the module is lifted while the inner core is shrunk at the same time. The mould was also deliberately designed to be modular. The core and exterior panels consist of various standardised components that can be easily swapped out and adapted to other room dimensions. This means the mould can be used efficiently even if the production volume of a room is small.

Clean the air directly when vacuuming! With the DELPHIN you can solve all typical vacuum cleaner problems. Every vacuum cleaner has to live with the compromise between suction power and retention capacity and the filters clog with sucked-in dust, which gradually reduces the suction power. With the DELPHIN, the polluted air is led into the water right at the beginning, whereby dust and pollutants are bound directly in the water. The click lamella creates an intense water vortex and is also a further cleaning stage. This system works so efficiently that it even binds fine dust and coronaviruses safely in the water. The water is simply thrown away after use. Due to the special construction of the DELPHIN DP S8, absolutely without filters, foams or sound insulation mats, the self-drying function can ensure a long service life. You can place the DELPHIN in the room as an air purification device. Or you can use the DELPHIN to clean floors and furniture.
