For the automotive industry, we realize markings, scaling and decorations at the highest level. Our selection of machines ranges from stand-alone solutions for manual workplaces through to multi-shift production lines. Approximately 200 components of an average automobile are already printed, coated or engraved with TAMPOPRINT technology. PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability. PP strapping represents approximately two-thirds of our production. We manufacture it as standard in widths 5-15 millimeters in black. On request, we will be happy to produce it for you in other colors as well. PP strapping material is particularly suitable for strapping packages, cartons or other containers, as well as lighter pallets. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle. It is completely recyclable, has a constantly high quality, can be failure-free processed and is short-term available. Most frequent fields of application are: • General logistics (boxes of corrugated cardboard, styrofoam, plastic) • Printing industry (newspaper, magazines) • Corrugated cardboard industry (folding boxes, cut-outs) • Tins and bottles of plastic, aluminum and cardboard • Construction and container (furniture, wooden slats, tiles and bricks) • Food industry (meat, fish, poultry in folding boxes or styrofoam)

Electrostatics disturb almost all production processes. Eltex systems prevent uncontrolled discharges and integrate electrostatics precisely into your processes. In our electrostatic discharge product portfolio, you will discover systems and products for many industrial sectors. The BASIX discharge system consists of the ES47 power supply unit and the R47 discharge bar; they are available for active discharge of electrostatic disturbances in the production process and are suitable for discharging moving surfaces. Due to different surface charge profiles on the materials, charges of both polarity are provided by the discharge bars. Due to its compact dimensions, BASIX is suitable for a wide range of applications in the plastics, printing, packaging, textile and optical industries.

Without the pad printing process, the production of everyday objects such as decorated light alloy wheels, or even vital items such as insulin pens would not be easily possible. In doing so, TAMPOPRINT develops and works on process printing solutions across industry boundaries. Thus, there is no such thing as the typical TAMPOPRINT customer or the typical application. Rather, the fields of application are characterized by their diversity, their complexity and their individual characteristics. They range from the simpler printing of toys such as model trains, to the labeling of household appliances and beverage bottles, to highly complex processes such as the micrometer-accurate labeling of medical products, e.g. insulin pens and laboratory tubes. Even the particularly challenging direct application of active pharmaceutical ingredients onto a carrier material, such as in nicotine patches, can be implemented thanks to the TAMPOPRINT solutions.

We manufacture your print template using the latest image processing systems at the highest technical level. The data that is collected is digitized and prepared for further machining in the direct engraving. At our modern design studio we take your finished designs and turn them into professional results. On request, we are also more than happy to offer you a wide selection of our own designs.
