The stable structure of Betonbau modular units enables factory equipping with plant and equipment. Factory installation is particularly economical, considerably reducing your co-ordination outlay for many minor tasks on the construction site. On-site commissioning time is considerably reduced as a result. The spectrum in this respect ranges from the basic 230V/400V installation for lighting, heating and socket circuits to the integration of emergency lighting and explosion protection. We can supply a standardised sub-distribution system with the delivery if requested, meaning you simply have to connect everything on site. Cable trays, electrical heating equipment, ventilators, air conditioning systems and sanitary equipment can be fitted in the manufacturer's facilities if required. Experienced engineers and master craftsmen plan and monitor the production and, together with our installation technicians, ensure that quality and safety standards are reliably realised.

nduction Heating and Joining in one turnkey system. This turnkey system is used to heat electric motor housings with various dimensions for a wide range of joining processes. Example Heating System 1: the die-cast aluminium housing for an asynchronous motor (diameter 450 mm) is heated to approx. 290°C in approx. 5 minutes to fit the wound stator package. The parts are loaded and unloaded from the feeding belt parallel to the working time. The heating process takes place in two independent work stations. The generator has a switched output which means that only one generator is required for the two heating stations. The system is controlled using a SIEMENS PLC controller. Example Heating System 2: the aluminium housing (diameter 140 mm) of a synchronous motor is heated to approx. 280°C in approx. 3 minutes to fit the stator. The component is loaded into and unloaded from the heating station semiautomatically. The system is controlled using a PLC.

The dip tank TB400 is the smallest model in our line of paint stripping systems. It is ideally suited for wheels / light-alloy rims, bicycle and motorcycle frames, painting aids or hooks. Insulated, double-walled dip tank ("vat-in-vat" system) with insulated top cover, indirect electrical heating, circulating system, and high-quality safety and monitoring technology.

Suitable for water-based paint strippers with operating temperatures of up to 90 °C. Modular design for the highest level of safety and (if needed) customization to the desired height of the spraying chamber. Electronics and paint stripping agent tank in separate "technical module." Uniform coating of the workpieces through the use of a nozzle system in the spraying chamber, consisting of needle-nose jet nozzles and flat-jet nozzles and a rotatable cage for the workpieces. High loading capacity by virtue of the cage diameter of 1500 mm and effective interior height of 2100 mm; max. cage load: 750 kg. Stripping agent tank: 1000 liters for long effective life of the medium, indirect electrical heating. All parts coming into contact with the media are made of stainless steel.
