We recommend this laser welding machine especially for working on large molds. The laser arm has a range of almost 2.80 m. The highest working point is 2 m and the lowest is 80 cm. The laser system is positioned on the workpiece quickly, easily and with millimeter precision. With its highly movable arm and flexible, slim look, the ALFlak Max reaches (almost) every welding point. The areas of application of the ALFlak Max are wide-ranging: build-up and contour welding on large machine components and design components as well as on injection molding and forming tools.

With the new ALO manual welding laser, you can either work manually or with an axis of rotation for circular welding. The working chamber is easily accessible via leather curtains, but the welding itself still takes place in the shielded laser safety area. The spacious working chamber can be loaded quickly through various openings, without opening doors: a large opening at the front ensures easy access to the welding chamber. The slots on the side enable the operator to position longer components in the machining area and to weld them in a laser-safe manner. Another passage on the bottom of the working chamber allows loading from below. The laser safe leather curtain offers certified laser protection so that the laser device can be placed in any work environment. The armrest is extremely comfortable - ensuring relaxed work. A lot of attention was also paid to good ergonomics. A high-quality extraction system with filter is integrated as standard.

In combination with our NC-controlled laser machining table AL-T you get a real professional solution. We offer the required performance class for every application. You can choose between 75 and 900 W. There is a wide range of processing lenses and equipment options for these laser systems. Regardless of whether you use a simple 90 ° deflection lens, the tilt-swivel lens or our circular welding lens - the laser beam always reaches the desired point on the workpiece with pinpoint accuracy. An inexpensive entry-level model for laser welding that offers a lot of flexibility and expansion options. With this laser system you can flexibly weld small and large components. The laser power can be selected with 150 W or 200 W, ideal for welding all common metals quickly and reliably. Various work tables can be placed in front of the lifting column. Or you can weld directly on the pallet truck or pallet. This is possible because the resonator can be turned to the side or even to the back. The resonator, which sits in a slide rail, can also be pulled far forward. We also optionally supply a fixed table top for the lifting column. Operation is intuitive via a touch display. A few helpful apps e.g. for programmed circular welding or shell surface welding support the user at work. The laser system is also expandable.

This laser system is quickly set up for the welding task. The flexible laser arm can be rotated 360 ° and offers a very high or low working position. The laser head can be rotated to the left and right and the tilt-swivel lens directs the laser beam to the point desired by the operator. The robust housing has stable aluminum handles at the corners for increased impact protection of the edges. Integrated fastening options are available here for easy lashing during transport. The gas bottle can be transported during welding with a small trailer, the 5th wheel on the laser. Generous storage areas and special brackets on the machine sides ensure that tools, welding wire and whatever else is always within reach. Operation is intuitive via a touch display. Some apps help to weld surfaces, shafts and circular welds. The 450 W fiber laser can be used for pulsed welding or for welding in CW mode.

The ALFlak systems offer you many options in the field of mobile laser and repair welding. With an extended range and increased travel range, welding positions in deep, complex shapes can be processed easily thanks to the long laser arm - even in deep, bulky shapes. Deposition welding with wire or powder is possible with this laser machine. Likewise, automated welding tasks. The laser device is equipped with a fiber source that guarantees high efficiency and a special beam quality. Both pulsed and CW mode can be used. The integrated performance monitoring ensures reproducible welds. This system is available with laser powers of 300/450/600 and 900 watts.

You won’t get it more flexible. The mobile welding laser AL-ARM was developed to quickly and flexibly repair offset seams, pores and penetrations in the car body. The fiber laser system can be positioned quickly and has a long range. The 3D visualization with integrated laser safety glasses enables the user to observe his welding task as well as the surroundings. The welding process is shown enlarged and the process-relevant data is also visible in the image. The handpiece, which is used for welding, is equipped with an automated wire feed and an integrated shielding gas nozzle. It weighs just 1.5 kg and is easy to position. There is no set-up time for welding.

This laser cutting device can be programmed quickly, which makes it the ideal tool for fast manufacturing small quantities. Draw - convert - cut. The cutting paths generated by CAD are converted in minutes and can be cut directly. A nesting tool (option) makes full use of its advantages, particularly in series production. It ensures optimal use of material so that no material is wasted unnecessarily. The AC requires a small footprint of 1340 x 1180 mm but offers a spacious work area with 500 x 500. Sheets of any length can be processed because there is a feedthrough on the back.
