IFA Technology offers the complete range of conveying systems, storage systems and handling systems in mechanical engineering. Our plants and systems can be integrated into your own conveyor line or designed as completely automated systems. External plant components can also be integrated into our superordinate control system. Our plants and systems are mainly used for bagging or bottling or batch loading systems. IFA Technology considers your individual requirements and builds customised mixing systems for you. Powder dispersion units are used for agglomerate-free wetting of powdery substances with liquid substances. Our mixing systems are adapted to your needs and generate a vacuum using a rotor-stator principle. This sucks in the powder and mixes it directly in the liquid flow in the mixing unit. Even difficult materials can be processed without any problems thanks to the dust-free suction with the aid of guide jet mixers or rotor-stator mixing units. In addition to the automated feeding of liquid and powdery materials, the complete system from IFA Technology includes a dispersion unit with mixing tank and purification system. The dispersion system can be implemented in batch operation (as homogeneous as possible mixing of the components) or inline (fully continuous mixing of the components). Variants directly in the mixing tank are alternatives to conventional agitators.

Gravimetric dosing or weight-controlled dosing is based on the principle of weighing technology. The weight of the weighed material is measured via load cells or weighing cells either directly or by loss-in-weight. IFA Technology offers you specific solutions tailored to your individual needs for weighing, mixing and dosing solids or liquids. We consider your individual requirements and build customised dosing systems for you. The system "IFA-Gravimet" is our standard system in the field of gravimetric dosing. We supply a complete, ready-to-operate pre-assembled weighing, mixing and dosing system. As a complete system for weighing, mixing and dosing liquids, the system can be individually customised to suit your requirements.

The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. Complete stabilized laser systems including the DFC CORE, any desired wavelength extension, beat units, stabilization electronics, wavelength meters, counters, and lasers are now available from one source. Any of TOPTICA’s tunable diode lasers with a wavelength between 190 nm and 2200 nm can be locked to the DFC, lasers with shorter wavelengths can be stabilized using the fundamental of their SHG unit.
