Miniature MP and MT draw-wire sensors are designed for measurement tasks with fast wire movements. Their robust aluminum housing makes the sensors suitable for industrial applications. The MP and MT draw-wire sensors are equipped with a potentiometer.

P-series draw-wire sensors are designed for industrial measurement tasks. A compact and robust aluminum housing protects the sensor from mechanical influences. As well as analog versions with potentiometer, current or voltage output, digital versions with incremental or absolute encoders are available, providing measuring ranges up to 50 m.

The MSC controllers are designed to be operated with LVDT and LDR measuring gauges and displacement sensors. Due to the robust and compact aluminum housing, the controllers are ideal for industrial measurement tasks. A large variety of compatible, inductive displacement sensors and gauges combined with an optimized price/performance ratio opens up multiple fields of applications in automation technology and machine building.

The DS 233 is a differential pressure switch with digital display for non-aggressive gases and compressed air. Because of its compact and robust aluminium housing it is particularly suited for machine and plant engineering. Basic element of the DS 233 is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, which features high accuracy and excellent long term stability. As standard the DS 233 offers a PNP contact and a rotatable display module with 4-digit LED display for representing the differential pressure. Optional up to 2 freely configurable contacts are available. The differential pressure transmitter DPT 100 has been especially designed for fast test processes in leakage and flow measurement, where a fast response time and high sampling rate are necessary. The compact design of the DPT 100 facilitates the use in standardised applications, e. g., and the installation in 19“ Rack. The DPT 100 with optionally RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol. The Modbus protocol is based on a master Slave architecture with which up to 247 Slaves can be questioned by a master – the data will transfer in binary form. The differential pressure transmitter DPT 200 has been especially designed for the process industry and can be used for level measurement of closed, pressurized tanks, pump or filter controlling, etc. The possibility passes different pressure seals at the DPT 200 adding with different membrane materials to reach an optimal adaptation to the application. The GAGE-CHEK 2000 evaluation unit is particularly well suited for positioning tasks on measuring devices and positioning equipment, and for the retrofitting of measuring machines for the capture and transfer of data to a PC. Design Thanks to its rugged industrial design, the GAGE-CHEK 2000 is superbly suited for applications in measuring rooms as well as in harsh production environments. Its slim aluminum housing with integrated power adapter and fanless passive cooling system is exceptionally sturdy and resilient. The unit’s straightforward touchscreen, made of specially hardened glass, supports multitouch gesture control and permits operation with gloves.

The aluminum housing of a HEIDENHAIN sealed linear encoder protects the scale, scanning carriage, and its guideway from chips, dust, and fluids. Downward-oriented elastic lips seal the housing. The scanning carriage travels along the scale on a lowfriction guide. It is connected to the external mounting block by a coupling that compensates unavoidable misalignment between the scale and the machine guideways. For typical applications on manual machine tools such as milling machines or lathes, display steps of 10 µm or 5 µm are suffi cient. Such display steps are provided by the LS 300 and LS 600 series linear encoders with an accuracy grade of ± 10 µm per meter traverse.
