After fermentation, the product combines all of the turmeric root's beneficial properties while being further amplified by fermentation-specific changes. The complex synergetic plant matrix comprises a high amount of health-promoting components, such as curcuminoids, essential oils, turmerin, flavonoids, and many metabolites such as organic acids and pre-biotic polysaccharides.
