The thermoIMAGER TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras are used for stationary thermography tasks where high resolution is required. Due to their high thermal sensitivity, these cameras also detect even the smallest of temperature differences. Both standard lenses and special microscope lenses are available for the TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras. The microscope lens enables detailed macro shooting of the smallest of elements. High-resolution macro shooting is possible with a spatial resolution of 28 µm. The distance between the target and the camera varies between 80 mm and 100 mm.

TIM thermal imaging cameras are designed for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures from -20 °C to 1900 °C. They enable efficient monitoring and control of temperature-critical processes both with low temperatures (e.g. in cooling chains) and with very high temperatures (e.g. in glass and metal processing). Their high thermal sensitivity makes these infrared cameras ideally suitable for precise and dynamic tasks. Different performance classes enable a suitable model to be selected for every application. The water pressure-proof UVC-SE sensors serve as robust, long-term stable measuring heads for the precise measurement of UV-C irradiances of low-pressure mercury lamps and amalgam lamps in water disinfection and wastewater systems. Short path distillation is a thermal separation technology operating at process pressures in the range of 1 to 0,001 mbar. It lowers the boiling temperature and is an excellent method for gentle thermal treatment of heat sensitive, high boiling products. The short path evaporator consist basically of a cylindrical body with a heating jacket, a rotor and an internal condenser. The rotor creates a mechanically agitated, thin product film on the heating surface inside of the body. By means of gravity the product flows down in a spiral path, whereby the volatile portion of the product evaporates. The vapour passes by the shortest route and with practically no pressure drop to the internal condenser. The non-volatile portion reaches the lower part of the evaporator and is discharged through the bottom product outlet. The residual vapours and inert gases flow through the vacuum nozzle to the vacuum system.
