The induction generator is designed to supply up to 4 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 7.5 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied.

Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

Electrical process flow heaters The “STR-TWIN type electrical heater comprise a large range of process flow heaters for industrial application custom built to meet client specification. Due to the small diameter construction of the vessel it is perfectly suitable for low volume or mass flow. These heaters are supplied CE marked in acc. the latest CENELEC requirements or manufactured to the latest IEC standards. Typical electric process heaters applications include heating of liquids i.e. heat transfer oil or fuel oil, glycol reboilers and water heaters and heating of pressurized gases i.e. pressurized air, superheated water steam, nitrogen or other compositions of gases. Thyristor control systems are also designed and supplied by OhmEx to control the range of electric process heaters. The RA line descripes a roller beared slide in a special sealed version. The standard type is equipped with a gap seal (approx. 0.5 mm). Special types with felt or nylon scrapers are possible, too. The RH line is equipped with a hand wheel and a scale ring with a 0.02 mm scale gradation. Sizes 075 up to 200 can, on option, also be furnished with a 0.01 mm scale gradation. The RS line is equipped with a threaded spindle. From size 75 mm on, all dovetail slides (type SS) are equipped with a digital position readout. Different installation options allow to read the display from different viewing directions. The housing consists of shockproof plastic. The digital display allows to make fast adjustments over the complete measuring path. This is the most installed version of the fabric expansion joints (KOREMA® type A3 or AC3 as well as B3 or BC3). The name »flange-type« is used for expansion joints located between pipe or duct end flanges. For existing plants, the flange design varies according to customers’ requirements or depending on the constructed steel design. For innovative designs KOREMA® will identify the suitable technical and economical solution. Special design: supplied as »open« multilayer expansion joint. On-site service available exclusively from the KOREMA® service team. Insulation is incorporated to protect the expansion joint against abrasion as well as for thermal insulation. The choice of insulating material, either mineral wool or ceramic felt, depends on the design temperature. For operation at or below dew point, a vulcanized elastomeric layer is available. Pre-assembled units, complete with liners and clamp bars, are available.

Plate Precoat Filter are used for the fine filtration of low-viscosity oils. This cost-effective filter is a compact device designed to supply individual machines. The achievable filtration fineness is between 1 and 5 µm in NAS 3-7. The filter regeneration and cleaning of the filter discs are done manually. Before filtration can begin, the filter discs (1) need to be swollen with a filter aid (diatomaceous earth, cellulose, perlite). Filtration: After the precoat, the operator manually switches to filtration and directs the filtrate into the clean tank (2). The system pump can now be switched on to supply the processing machine. The achievable filtration fineness is 1 – 5 µm, depending on the filter aid used.

The UV-plant PURION 400 is made from electropolished stainless steel 1.4571. The PURION 400 is applied to disinfect drinking water up to a flow rate of 300 l/h and a transmission (or turbidity) of the water of at least 90% per T1 cm. haacon hebetechnik gmbh expands its standard range to include rack and pinion winches with fastening lugs for wall mounting. The serial drive type is a spring-loaded safety crank (SiFeKu), which holds the load in any desired position under tensile and compressive loading. The winch can be utilised in any position. The winches are produced in three load classes: 1.5 t 3 t 5 t. The robust design with milled gear rack and hardened gear components is suitable for use in harsh applications. The crank handle can be moved for space efficiency. Special designs with other rack and pinion lengths, detachable crank design, assembled fastening options can be supplied at short notice.
