Pick-to-light systems control and monitor commissioning, configuration and installation processes. For example, the light screen located in front of a picking bin captures the hand of the operator and reports removal back to the control. Then job lights indicate in which bin the operator has to reach next. Pick-to-light solutions are available in various versions, also for direct mounting on picking bins.

The radiometer RM-12 is a precise, hand-held device for measuring irradiances and illuminances. Due to the sensor-integrated electronics, different sensors for UV and visible spectral ranges can be measured with the respective sensors. Sensors evaluating biological effects of irradiation are also available. The integrated diffuser serves to provide the cosine correction that is necessary with non-perpendicular irradiation. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB; after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. Repair and spare parts service is, of course, available for many years. The sensors can be supplied with different measuring ranges. The mains-driven panel meter RM-32 provides a continuous and precise measurement of irradiance with preamplified UV sensors. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the radiometer, so that inferences are minimized. Different UV and visible spectral ranges, measuring ranges, and output signals can be selected to match the measurement task. The current irradiance is shown on a 3.5-digit digital display. The lamp state with respect to two threshold values is indicated by LEDs. Two relay contacts can be used for switching warning and failure signals. With its optional USB, RS232 or RS485 interface the RM-32 can be used to monitor ultraviolet (UV) irradiance.
