Light, spherical, mineral and ferrite-free glass beads blasting abrasive WIWOX® GP. Ideal for bright, matt-gloss surfaces. The area of application ranges from the cleaning of delicate tools to the deburring of precision parts through to the finishing of precious and non-ferrous metals.

The perfect solution for the treatment of edges and corners - and this almost dust-free! Powerful, efficient and very user-friendly! The FLIP® is also extremely versatile. The different attachments - short, long, corner or milling attachment - can be changed on the job site easily and quickly. The FLIP® stands for ergonomics, simple adjustment and operation - ideal for efficient sanding of edges and corners. It was the first edge sanding machine in the world to be awarded the "Wood Dust Tested" certification. It works almost dust-free thanks to an exceptionally powerful extraction and a special emptying device for the dust bag. Motor housing, handle and attachments are made of abrasion-resistant, glass-fibre reinforced plastic. This converts the FLIP® into a very robust machine. The various attachments can be changed quickly and easily, in order to adapt the machine always directly to the individual job site conditions. It is available with the short, long or corner attachment.

WIWOX® GB Glass granules type are carefully crushed in a special grinding process to give it its predominantly angular cubic shape. In the production of glass granules, soda-lime glass is crushed and sifted according to individual grain sizes. Glass granules are an iron-free, mineral blasting medium.

Glass pipe bends For conveying abrasive media or for high flow rates, we can supply you with glass pipe bends made from 3.3 borosilicate glass with a copper grounding strip. Laser welding is a very gentle welding technique, as the heat input takes place in a locally very limited area. In this way, it is possible to reliably connect critical components with one another in a materially bonded manner, without the parts annealing. With laser welding, the two welding partners are joined together with as few gaps as possible in order to then weld them together (e.g. press-fit zones such as EloPin® puzzled at any feed or distance). The background to this is that no additional material is generally used in laser welding. Exception for build-up welding or repair welding of e.g. broken tool parts such as punches or cutting plates or injection molding tools for abrasive plastics with glass fiber filling. The Injektor 80 Power is a very handy device for various applications. It operates according to the suction system, in which the blasting agent is sucked in the nozzle head by the compressed air (injector effect). The blown abrasive is filled into the sand container for re-use via the built-in insert vibrating screen and fed to the blasting nozzle. Depending on the desired surface, all dry blasting agents can be used, such as slag abrasives, glass beads, corundum, silicon, glass grain, hard sand, etc
