For special individual productions, we coordinate with you using photographs or construction drawings, then make samples of your requirements, produce the required tooling, and move quickly into production and assembly. VersaHybrid is a semi or fully automated production system for complex assemblies which require a precision in the low micrometer regime. Assembly techniques include micro welding, selective laser soldering and gluing plus laser fine cutting. Various processing methods are combined in one station. Feeders, belts and robots allow for full automation.

Cost-effective production, quick assembly, easy handling, high stability and load-bearing capacity are some of the features of the secondary display for hygiene products. The flat-packed unit can be converted into a sturdy shelf display in just 30 to 40 seconds.

Covertray is a two-piece shelf ready packaging that can be easily opened wihout a knife in retail . Different materials can be used for the Tray and Cover. As both the parts are glued in the production process, the assembly is extra efficient. The cover can be placed inside or outside. The opening mechanism can be integrated in the lid or in the side.
