KLN has developed spray unit concepts, e. g. for precision cleaning of electronic components, here focusing on cleaning of DCB, ceramics and polymer-FR4-SMD in inline continuous spray units. KLN plans and manufactures cleaning plants using state-of-the-art technologies. The machine concept is adapted to the referring chemical products used, thus safe monitoring and process control is guaranteed. The machines are made completely of stainless steel to achieve a high chemical resistance. Moreover, the machines can be used in a versatile way, they have an extremely sturdy and long-life design

For the various contaminations KLN Ultraschall AG offers cleaning agents particularly for ultrasonic and spray-cleaning machines. If you have a problem with cleaning, please send us your parts. In our cleaning lab we will carry out trials to test which cleaning agent is most suitable for you. Below please see a list of some special cleaning agents. The KLN BATCH-INLINE cleaning system is based on many years of experience with Inline Cleaning systems for the electronics production and unites, for the first time, the technological advantages of Inline cleaning with low space requirement of a Batch system. By far, most of the Inline cleaning systems in Germany for the large-scale production “Automotives” and “alternative energy” come from company KLN. This system was developed to make the efficient Inline cleaning technology available now also for customers with smaller budgets and throughputs.

The IMMUN SUN Body Protection Sprays, available with SPF 30 and SPF 50, provide high protection for the body in a pleasant, light texture. The ratio between UVA and UVB filters (1: 3) is particularly well balanced. The sprays are easy to spray on and spread and are easily absorbed by the skin. With Aloe Vera and vitamin E, skin moisture and smoothness can be promoted and preserved. The well-tolerated sweat and water resistant formulas make the products ideal for leisure and sport. When applied as recommended they offer reliable protection against sunburn.

Our minis with an output of only 0.18 ml and the matching thread sizes of 24/410 and 24/415 are very well suited for use with smaller bottles.

For spraying or foaming with buckle or jaycaps, no problem at all. We have a large selection of different models and many different thread models. You’re sure to find the right “pistol” for your bottle here.

We also have a selection of beautifully shaped spray bottles matching our spray pistols. From 250 ml until 1.000 ml, in PE or PET.
