Slip rings provide the basis for rotating current transfer and all its demanding applications. Which challenges can we meet for you? In combination with our slip rings, brush holders fitted with carbon brushes ensure that the current to be transferred is collected. Thanks to their increased vibration resistance, solid-cast slip rings can withstand high mechanical and electrical loads. These are available from MACK in many different versions, many of which are even available from stock.

The ROTOKOMBI system allows all rotary union and slip ring types to be combined. The result is a complete rotary transmission system from a single source, with perfectly matched interfaces. ROTOKOMBI systems ensure that an optimally adapted sealing system is available for any medium. For any type of electrical transmission a corresponding system is selected to ensure adequate reliability. Thanks to the modular design, individual components can be replaced, retrofitted or upgraded as necessary. All components are selected and combined to meet your specific demands, without limitations to the number of electrical poles, media or size. Special solutions such as ATEX/IECEx or certifications according to UL/CSA regulations are also available on request.

Rotospray: The air bearing rotary atomizers have been specifically designed for the paint atomization in automated paint streets. The sprayer’s micro-jets ensure finest and consistent spraying at speeds up to 70,000 rpm. Thanks to its high-performance turbine that has been aerodynamically optimized for low air consumption, ROTOSPRAY achieves an enormous performance boost. The air bearing rotary atomizer can handle high loads, making the ROTOSPRAY system especially suitable for use in robotized applications. To cater for individual requirements, the rotary atomizer is available with specific connection layouts and housing variants.

GAT torsion motors are supplied as individual components or as complete torsion system consisting of torsion motor unit, application-specific control electronic s and hydraulic supply. Comprehensive consultation services from concept planning phase to commissioning complement our portfolio. GAT torsion motors consisting of a basic motor and a GAT rotary union are designed for quasi-static, pulsating and dynamic loads. Speed and torque as testing parameters are controlled independently. The torsion test rig with mechanical torsion application allows the energy-efficient testing of components at relatively low investment costs. Using a hydrostatic torsion motor in the test rig creates realistic and consistent testing conditions leading to test results very close to real-life conditions.

One-part design with brake disk - Brake disk made of nodular graphite iron The TSCHAN ® TNM ETW is an torsionally flexible and shock-proof claw coupling with brake disc. They compensate for angular as well as radial and axial shaft misalignment within fixed tolerances. The torque is transmitted through an elastic transitional ring. The elastic transitional ring made of Perbunan (Pb) with nitrile rubber as the base material dampens shocks and torsional vibrations, is oil-proof, insensitive to temperature and normally electrically conductive. Machines for special purposes are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s wishes. Roller brushes over 4 m in length, with or without incline. Our wide range of special machines includes large disc-type brushes with different drilling diameters.

Carrousel machines, optimised for high performance, fulfil all needs for large quantities of units. According to performance, the machine will be produced with one or two carriers. Versions as a transfer machine with automatic body feeding, integrated trimming unit or labelling station guarantee the highest levels of productivity.

Universal machines allow you to produce all different types of brushes – from brooms to toilet brushes, from disc-type brushes to roller brushes. Everything is possible thanks to the universally replaceable changeable frame.
