The device is used as hand pistol for riveting, welding and edge folding of plastic parts. The weight of the welding pistol is lower than 900 g. The optimum design of the welding pistol allow for a particularly comfortable handling. The titanium booster ensures a maximum safety of the converter and optimal adaptation to the various tools. Advantages of the SPK version: By the permanent cooling of the piezo-ceramic transducer and the titanium booster an extremely high performance period can be achieved. The cooling air pipe is integrated in the HF control cable. Advantage: No disturbing connective elements for a separate pipe, and the cooling air is led directly to the spots to be cooled.. For this the grip is fitted with an exhaust port for the cooling air, into which cooling pipes can be simply screwed in. In this version the generator is also cooled by an incorporated ventilator. The robust BCP-CH4 methane sensor is based on infrared gas measurement techique and is available in 2 different wavelengths. Minimum flow is not needed and it can be integrated directly into the gas pipe. A gas cooling is no longer required. Monthly adjustment can be done with fresh air. The sensor is longterm stable and IP65 accredited. The production of methane in biogas plants (methane digester) can be monitored by the BCP-CH4 sensor which helps to optimize the process control. By using BCP-CH4 in block heat and power plants the actual efficiency can be determined.

Monitoring of oxygen concentrations in bioprocesses in real time offers the possibility to learn about the actual metabolic state of the culture and use the information for process optimization. Values like OUR, OTR, RQ or even feeding strategies are essential for process control and optmization. BCP-O2 oxygen analyzers in the simple PA housing have a space saving design and are suitable for small scale stuides (e.g experiments in shake flasks) up to industrial scale processes. Due to the integrated automated temperature and pressure compensation gas cooling, specific valves or pipes are unnecessary. Gas concentrations can be measured directly in the process without expentiture.
