Flow monitoring Flow monitoring is a procedure that demands a reliable and reproducible surveillance of limit values and flow patterns. Flow sensors detect critical deviations of the flow rate of liquid and gaseous media. Typical areas of application are the monitoring of cooling circuits in welding applications for example, protection against dry running of pumps, as well as the flow monitoring in air ducts and air conditioning equipment. Because of the calorimetric mode the media temperature is also monitored. Flow rate measurement In addition to reproducibility, flow-rate measurement demands a defined degree of accuracy. The flow meters continuously and accurately measure a defined volume of a fluid per unit of time and are suitable for applications where qualitatively consistent process results and a steady supply of fluids is essential. CSN® Explosionproof screw plug or flanged immersion heaters ( Ex ) are perfectly suited for direct heating of liquids or gas / air mixtures in hazardous areas. The devices are available with attached or integrated temperature monitoring systems. For these heaters various high quality stainless steel grades are available. The electical immersion heater type 94./..EEs….T.(.) is designed for the heating of liquids and quit gasair mixtures in the zone 1 and zone 2. The standars elements, mentioned in this list are suitable for DGRL (code 97/23/EG) Art. 3 Para. 3. The elements can be suited (on request) to other uses requiring another classification according to DGRL.

CSN® screwin heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screwin or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. The surface loadings, a very critical design feature for the longterm durability of the elements, are calculated for their specific application. For exact temperature monitoring, the screwin heating units can be manufactured with various controllers and / or limiters, as well as PT100 sensors or sheath thermocouples. The integrat 80 is used for the modular temperature control with water up to 140°C in the basic version with up to six temperature control circuits to be operated completely independently of each other. The basic version can be expanded with extension columns and up to 24 temperature control modules. As an option, the temperature control circuits can be extended with the 4-way distributor vtc with flow and temperature measurement. Thus, a maximum of 96 temperature control circuits can be monitored with the vtc 4-way distribution system. In conjunction with the standard heating control system used as standard, a homogeneous temperature profile on the mould cavity surface is achieved in an extremely energy-efficient manner, as well as with constant cooling by using a motor valve. As an option, the pumps can also be operated with frequency control unit. This improves the procedural results and contributes to energy savings.

MULTI-ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL- AND MONITORING SYSTEM WITH NON-CONTACT FLOW MEASUREMENT. Due to the design, dimensioning and selection of the used components, enersave temperature control systems are the most efficient systems on the market with the highest flow rates at operating point. By using the frequency inverter, the already high basic efficiency is optimized and the pump characteristic curve will be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions. The flow measurement of the individual temperature zones is carried out using noncontact measurement technology according to the ultrasonic principle.
