Primary and secondary packaging such as cartons, trays, pails and more are palletized and depalletized. The machines in our systems impress with their flexibility, high performance and economic efficiency. We produce in Germany and set standards worldwide ranging from engineering contracts to automation. The palletizers of the HLP series operate with high and low inlet. The product range of the high-capacity layer palletizers is optionally equipped with a y-axis, rotary module or even a traversing axis — so that one or more palletizing stations can be operated as required.

For protecting and preserving your goods, Cover sheets of Gordopack is your best option. Cover sheets have always been used in industry and are still indispensable today. Our PE sheets are used for stabilisation, separation and covering of your loads onto the pallet. For this range we recommend the GP-Loop product line which is a 100% recyclable PE film with the purpose of protecting industrial goods of all kinds and shapes, including secondary food packaging. GP-Loop contains high-quality circular plastics, optionally in the following mixtures: GP-Loop30 (30% recycled content), GP-Loop50 (50% recycled content), GP-Loop70 (70% recycled content). Product can range from HDPE/ MDPE/ LDPE/ PCR with straight-cut edges, perforated on roll or loose in cartons, needled, with antistatic agent, UV-stabilizer/absorber, symbol marking, Corona treatment and in various colours.

Protection of primary and secondary packaging. Counterfeit-proof labelling is especially important in the pharmaceutical industry. Not only lifestyle medicines and cosmetic products are targeted, life-saving pharmaceuticals are also counterfeited. This development can also be observed in the market for spare parts. This is why we have developed SECUPACK®. Primary and secondary packaging from all industries are labelled as originals, for example folded boxes, tubes, cans, phials, blisters and closures made of different materials. With SECUPACK® a product's distribution channel can be uninterruptedly retraced from the manufacturer to the wholesaler and the retailer. Counterfeits are quickly withdrawn from circulation and do not make their way into the trade circuit. Especially with pharmaceuticals, it is crucial that primary packaging contains the correct medicine and is unambiguously identifiable as original.

Traceability codes like RFID or data matrix have established themselves in the area of product traceability. Yet they are not per se counterfeit-proof. SECUDATA® therefore combines the logistic advantages of the different traceability codes with the counterfeit protection of our micro colour-codes. Both codes are conjointly applicable onto the product, its primary or secondary packaging, labels or closure seals. The traceability system as well as the product can thus be identified as originals. Merchandise management data can be checked in databases worldwide. In a first step, the traceability code is verified. But only the verification of the colour-code unambiguously identifies the authenticity of the traceability code and the product. Additionally, counterfeit-proof delivery and freight documents as well as other accompanying documents can be issued. Customised seals and hologram labels, control seals and closures are also manufactured and protected against counterfeiting.
