We develop electrical test systems based on NI-PXI or NI-cRIO that can take on real-time capable measurement and control tasks. In addition, we can provide the FPGAs that can be used on the NI systems and the real-time operating system with software individually tailored to customer requirements.

As an NI Alliance Partner, we use NI TestStand and NI LabVIEW for test automation. Python, C/C++ Embedded and Microsoft PowerBI can be used in addition. NI-TestStand is the industry standard test management software and is used by the developers and architects at Merecs Engineering with a lot of experience. Merecs develops individual test systems for heat pumps, gas, fluid and water systems. Our engineers & fitters for electronics, installation technology and mechanics build the systems completely from one source at our location in Steinfurt. The systems are then delivered and commissioned at home and abroad. We design and manufacture individual test systems for the pressure testing of valves and pumps. Merecs Engineering has a competent network of partners for this purpose. Within this framework, we carry out the risk assessment, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. In addition, we connect the systems to the individual IT infrastructures (databases, ERP systems, MS PowerBI) of our customers.

Our steam generators are available on request as a ready-to-operate steam boiler plant: CERTUSS steam generator plus CERTUSS supply unit CVE. All components for the water supply and water conditioning of the CERTUSS steam generator are included in the complete steam plant. - Feed water tank - Desalination heat exchanger - Water softening equipment - Test extraction cooler - Mixing heat exchanger - Measuring equipment - Steam dryer The CVE supply unit is compatible with all the CERTUSS steam generators. In addition to the CERTUSS supply unit as a ready-to-operate boiler house installation on a basic frame, we also offer a complete container installation on request. Depending on the desired steam output a multiple steam boiler plant may be suitable for you.

For simple applications TesT offers a manual alternative as a reasonably-priced and fast possibility of friction coefficient determination (model series 206). The associated software package allows simple evaluations and graphical illustrations. Here too, the friction coefficient determination is in the focus.

Traceable calibration of testing machines and instruments is essential for industrial quality control. Calibration certificates are a compelling proof of test equipment inspection for the standards DIN EN ISO 9000ff and DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The time intervals for the calibration will depend on the applicable standard, but should normally not exceed 12 months. Attention should also be paid to the rules for local changes or repairs. Take advantage of our many years of experience in the field of calibration. TesT is accredited by the German Calibration Service (DAkkS, member of WECC) for on-site calibration of testing machines, for the quantities force, length and torque as well as a permanent laboratory for calibration of compressive force transducers

The testing machines of model series 215 were developed and built for applications with extremely small measuring ranges, below 0.1 Ncm, and highest precision. They are for example used in watch idustry or medical technology. All torsion testing machines are equipped with the TesTController 850 that is TEDS compatible. The corresponding software TesTWinner® provides the user - besides to its free programmability - an immense repertoire of possibilities for standard test procedures and routine test execution, evaluation, presentation and further processing of results, automation of processes and much more. A wide application field is guaranteed by a comprehensive range of accessory.
