Self-Compensating, Rolling Diaphragm Technology, TPU Bellow Energy capacity 136 Nm/cycle Stroke 25.4 mm Hermetically sealed: The shock absorbers from the ACE Protection series PMCN have a compact, perfectly sealed cap as a special feature. This protection bellows, made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), safely encapsulates the proven ACE rolling diaphragm from the outside environment. Aggressive cutting, lubricating and cleaning agents don't stand a chance and the function of the maintenance-free, ready-to-install shock absorber is retained. They are also available in full stainless steel. The PMCN series is a good alternative to the SP type air bleed collar if no compressed air is available on the machine or system. Reliable protection against aggressive fluids, these miniature shock absorbers are the first choice everywhere where conventional dampers wear out too quickly, eg. As in machining centers or other applications of mechanical engineering.

The TTV 3000 is a real whirlwind on every construction site. This unit is a true professional: distinctive German industrial design with built-in carrying handle, shock-protected switch and stackable polyethylene housing. And all other features of the TTV 3000 are nothing to hide either. With its high-performance, encapsulated fan, this conveying fan which is as robust as lightweight can variably transport fresh air over long distances into adjacent storeys or shafts and exhaust polluted air over equally long distances. Those are ideal conditions for the required air exchange rates for ventilation during channel construction works or welding. Hoses of up to 38 metres in length can flexibly be attached to the blow-out or suction side of the TTV 3000 because this axial fan is equipped with the respective connections on both sides.

The indirect oil heater fan IDS 30 F was specifically developed for the mobile application as tent heater. This easily portable device has a robust frame with shock protection and handles as well as a hose connector already preassembled. We deliberately decided against integrating a tank in the IDS 30 F so that users can benefit from not only the lesser weight but also from time-saving loading since it is not necessary to drain the tank completely of residues. The absent tank also means that no additional transport or insurance documents are required for transport and storage. The fuel supply of the oil heater fan IDS 30 F can be effected either via a large external tank or jerrycan – appropriate accessories are available for both types of application. The heating device is prepared for fully automatic thermostat-controlled operation ex works. For use inside a tent, an external thermostat can be connected optionally using a cable of ten metres length.

The displacement transducers operate according to the principle of the differential choke, i.e. an inductive half bridge. They consist of two coils which are encapsulated in a stainless steel cylinder ensuring positive protection against vibration, shock, humidity, oil and corrosive matter. A mu-metal plunger core causes opposing changes of inductance when it is displaced through the centre of the coils. The displacement transducers are designed for a carrier frequency of 10 kHz. Other frequencies can be used but may involve changes of output values.
