Pick-to-light systems control and monitor commissioning, configuration and installation processes. For example, the light screen located in front of a picking bin captures the hand of the operator and reports removal back to the control. Then job lights indicate in which bin the operator has to reach next. Pick-to-light solutions are available in various versions, also for direct mounting on picking bins.

This radio control system allows you to remotely control accessories like infrared space heaters and lighting. The receivers are mounted on the mast, while the remote control unit can be conveniently carried in your pocket or on your key ring. With a range of up to 300m, you can easily control the heat and lighting with a push of a button.

The almost maintenance-free modusAOI MCS18/42-Inline was specially developed for transport conveyor modules in production lines. Existing lines can easily be retrofifitted with this system. The small, cost effective system comes with a 18 or 42 megapixels camera, control unit, modus software and led lighting inclusive controller. Characteristics: Single system for inspection of printed circuit boards from the top side. Combination of diverse application tasks such as SMD placement, pre-reflow, chip control, THT fitting, conformal coating and full screening for lost components. Reads barcodes and data-matrix codes in any position and quantity even on multi-PCBs.

The system comes with four 42 megapixel cameras and a high-performance control unit. LED lighting including LED control is also included in the delivery. The entire picture of the image analysis is orthogonally calibrated. Characteristics: This system can meet the toughest requirements for the inspection of bipolar plates in various production stages. The system has been adapted to the high requirements of the inspection of bipolar plates. The image acquisition time of approx. 2,5 seconds with a resolution of 24 um is outstanding. Inspection with the high-resolution system cameras is carried out using the tried and tested modusAOI software. The injector-glass-blasting cabin is operated by hand with a gun. A blast-collecting collector ensures a smooth blasting circuit within the system. With the help of roller rails, as well as through-slots (on the side and in the roof surface with special brushes against the penetration of dust), surface treatment of glass panes is easy. On the front side there is an easy-open loading door for radiating hollow glass bodies. A work grate and two shock-proof long-field lamps (for glare-free illumination of the blasting chamber) guarantee a smooth workflow. The foot switch as well as the drain cup on the blasting agent funnel, an attached control box with pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, motor protection switch, on / off button, solenoid valve, control lights, switches for interior lighting, main switch, emergency stop switch and support control ensure uncomplicated operation.
