The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

Maximum heat dissipation using PC board heat sinks in minimal board space. Seifert electronic GmbH offers custom heat sinks for use in the board area – precisely measured and flexibly adapted to your requirements. The wide standard range of Seifert electronic includes PC heat sinks in all common designs. We provide various heat sink models such as snap-on heat sinks made of strip material, extruded heat sinks, die-cast heat sinks, as well as finger heat sinks and U-shaped heat sinks, along with the corresponding accessories like mounting clips for fastening. Extruded profile heat sinks are considered classics among PC board heat sinks. We gladly recommend them for use in the board area as they are versatile and can dissipate relatively large amounts of heat.

The linear movement of a flexible steel cable up to 2m long is converted into a rotary movement by a measuring drum. A return spring prevents the steel cable from sagging. The measuring drum is connected to a pulse generator, which generates two pulses every 0.1 mm offset by 90°. The measuring drum winds the steel cable in a single layer so that the resolution is independent of the position. The rope entry is protected against dirt by brushes.

The linear movement of a 2000 mm long, flexible high strength steel measuring cable is converted into a rotational movement by a measuring drum. The measuring drum, which has a circumference of 102.4 mm, is coupled to the shaft of the encoder. A change of displacement in the measuring cable then corresponds to a change in angle on the shaft of the angle encoder. The restoring force of a spiral spring holds the measuring cable tight and prevents errors due to slackness. The cable is wound with adjacent turns in a reproducible manner on the drum due to the movement of the drum on a spindle.
