CONEC Combination D-SUB Connectors with IP67-rating are suitable for use in environments where increased protection against moisture and contamination is necessary. All IP67 protected Combination D-SUB Connectors are supplied already populated with signal, high voltage, high power or coaxial contacts. This is necessary to provide factory assurance that the connector is properly sealed thus ensuring its reliable protection in harsh environments. The type of protection is defined by IEC 60529 which also specifies the suitability of electrical components for various ambient conditions. CONEC water resistant connectors ensure a continuously secure connection compliant with the IP67 rating. They are dustproof and protected against temporary submersion into water.

D-SUB Combination connectors offer the possibility to equip a proven design with new functionality. This is done by using different contact types without having to change the shape, size and installation dimensions of the connector itself. By using high-current contacts, the power supply of the device can be realized without an additional interface for the power supply. High-voltage contacts allow operating voltages of up to 2.8 kV. Fast signal transmission over shielded coaxial lines is achieved with the use of special coaxial contacts. A choice can be made between the Combination D-SUB, Combination D-SUB High Density and Combination D-SUB Dual Port series. In all variants, different combinations with signal, high current, high voltage or coaxial contacts are possible. The combination of different contact types offers interesting possibilities to save space and costs in the interface area. The connectors are always supplied with signal contacts, except for the crimp version.

The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways. Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements. The CSN® HECT, HEVT and HECT/VT by Schniewindt combines proven sensor technology and opticaldigital data transfer according to the standard IEC 6185092, creating a future orientated solution for applications in high voltage AC substations. The required values to be measured are recorded in analog signal form by conventional sensor elements (R/C high voltage divider for voltage measurement and Rogowski coil for current measurement) on HVline potential and transferred to the RemoteDataModule (RDM) mounted in the head construction of the instrument transformer. The RDM converts the recorded data into a digital serial protocol and transmits them via optical fiber to the Merging Unit (MU), located in the control room. The distance between instrument transformer and MU can be up to 1 km. The MU transfers the data protocol of three instrument transformers into the protocol according to IEC 6185092. Upenders are designed to safely tilt big and heavy coils – either from horizontal into vertical or reversed. This fast and easy coil handling solution gets rid of “adventurous” tilting methods that often will endanger the operator. Chains and other lifting aids which damage the coil rims become obsolete. Upenders allow 90 degrees tilting of coils; Combination machines will also rotate 180 degrees. Both can handle up to 25 tons.

The additional clamping unit makes even extreme forming feasible in one work sequence. The cutting before the axial tube forming is also possible, as well as the rollforming of a preformed geometry. With the new generation of our combination machines, we have continued to develop the new diversity for forming pipes. Geometries that effectively replace high-cost and expensive turned parts can be formed directly at the pipe end in the endforming machine – for a final component of a single workpiece that is ready for use without elaborate soldering or welding. Implementation of the combination can be specified by you or based directly on the forming geometry. This is usually done using up to 6 axial forming stages and at least one rotary unit. Trimming, as well as axial and rotary forming, may require 2 rotary forming stations. Simple trimming or deburring after forming at the pipe end are no demanding challenges. Therefore, all our axial forming machines and combination machines are equipped with one or several single-drive axes. They have a servo-electrical drive and can be used in each of the holders for the forming stages, making the system is very flexible and compact.

Safety Clamping for Rail Systems, Compact Holding force 300 N Small can clamp perfectly too: The LOCKED-Family SLK clamping elements are more compact than the Series SL. They also clamp directly onto the respective linear guide, suit all standard rail sizes from 15 to 55 mm and profiles from the known suppliers and are extremely reliable and safe. Thanks to the patented spring steel plate system, the product family SLK achieves clamping and holding forces of up to 2,100 N with the shortest reaction times when vented. Thanks to the sintered metal coatings and the clamping function in emergency stop (e.g. in case of a power failure), this range enables braking directly on the rail. All clamping elements offer the maximum holding and braking forces and achieve up to 1 million clamping cycles or up to a maximum of 500 emergency braking operations in the 4 and 6 bar version.
