This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

ROJO float valve is a float-operated, mechanical plastic valve for automatic refilling of water storage tanks. All ROJO float valves can be mounted above or below the water surface. The ROJO is a good choice when a low flow rate is sufficient and the stainless design is an advantage. The multiple water quantity control system in modular design that is available in several versions fulfils not less than three requirements at the same time. It combines the advantages of the conventional water distributors, the impulse cooling systems and the continuously operating temperature control units while eliminating the disadvantages of each of these systems. The temperature control system disposes of up to 128 individually adjustable circuits and is suitable for the processing of polyolefins and technical thermoplastic materials. In case of the basic execution (itd B) the requested flow rate is adjusted manually and is then monitored by a flow meter and presented digitally and graphically on the central display of the control unit. In the standard execution (itd R) the water quantity is individually set for each circuit at the central operating unit and - if necessary - is readjusted automatically via a water quantity regulation valve within adjustable limit values.

Water-sprinkled spray walls and spray booths with automatic paint sludge filtration system In wet separation, the overspray meets the water film of the spray wall and is thereby bound in the water. The sludge formed by this is discharged using sludge filtration systems. Water-sprinkled spray walls The overspray is sucked in in the lower area of the vertical water drain surface and is bound in water when it meets the film of water. The paint mist is washed out further in the lower section of the washout tower using a vortex washing system with downstream baffle plate separator. In order to replace the water lost due to evaporation, it is recommended to fit an automatic water level controller. The entire quantity of water is fed to the automatic paint sludge filtration system via the disposal pump. A coagulant is added to the water by an automatic dosing unit, as a result of which the paint sludge in the circulating water is disbonded and can be separated more easily. The cleaning of the circulating water takes place in the separately arranged paint sludge filtration system. Depending on the paint system and plant version, the separation system is operated using a full or partial current method. A substantial part of the overspray is already bound in the water by the constant sprinkling of the entire floor of the basin. Optimum capture of the paint mist is guaranteed by the laminar air flow inside the booth. Device for automatically blowing the adhering water off after passing through the pretreatment plant. The rotary blow-off zone is a device for blowing the adhesive water off workpieces that have been washed for the purposes of painting. It consists of a closed stainless steel sheet metal housing with forced ventilation and is employed immediately after the washing installation. In order to achieve more effective drying in the case of fissured surfaces, the blower nozzles are arranged on a rotary axis. The adhering water is blown off by the parts by air blown at high speed through the rotary blower nozzles. The effect of this is that no water droplets remain on the workpiece that could lead to slight marks in the paint film. Due to the varying blowing direction, the water is also blown out of problem zones and scooped parts in most cases. In order to be able to optimise the direction of the blower nozzle air jets, the nozzles have adjustable nozzle heads. The water that is blown off runs back into the pretreatment plant. The blowing air is extracted from the blowing tunnel via a return air duct with adjustable suction apertures.
