This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

The TOPAZ Partfill is used, for example, in rainwater tanks or in tanks that should generally be filled as little as possible with city water. It ensures that in dry seasons the lowest required water level is automatically maintained with a partial fill. This allows the connected systems to continue operating while the tank has the maximum possible capacity for rainwater collection.

ROJO float valve is a float-operated, mechanical plastic valve for automatic refilling of water storage tanks. All ROJO float valves can be mounted above or below the water surface. The ROJO is a good choice when a low flow rate is sufficient and the stainless design is an advantage. It should be emphasised that the valves have an automatic flow stop when disassembled for maintenance. The ROJO is also available as a low pressure model (HF models) with 60% more flow rate. All Jobe float valves come complete with float. We also carry the Compact ROJO variant, which has all the features of the ROJO even in small tanks.

The multiple water quantity control system in modular design that is available in several versions fulfils not less than three requirements at the same time. It combines the advantages of the conventional water distributors, the impulse cooling systems and the continuously operating temperature control units while eliminating the disadvantages of each of these systems. The temperature control system disposes of up to 128 individually adjustable circuits and is suitable for the processing of polyolefins and technical thermoplastic materials. In case of the basic execution (itd B) the requested flow rate is adjusted manually and is then monitored by a flow meter and presented digitally and graphically on the central display of the control unit. In the standard execution (itd R) the water quantity is individually set for each circuit at the central operating unit and - if necessary - is readjusted automatically via a water quantity regulation valve within adjustable limit values.

Temperature controllers of the teco series cd are designed for the operation with water and direct cooling up to 95 °C or 120 °C. The temperature of the process water is controlled automatically. A temperature sensor, installed inside the unit, measures available actual temperature. The microprocessor control with membrane keyboard or touchscreen operation compares measured value and preselect set value and controls heating or cooling. A trouble free operation is guaranteed by a complete safety system.

Water-sprinkled spray walls and spray booths with automatic paint sludge filtration system In wet separation, the overspray meets the water film of the spray wall and is thereby bound in the water. The sludge formed by this is discharged using sludge filtration systems. The paint mist is washed out further in the lower section of the washout tower using a vortex washing system with downstream baffle plate separator. In order to replace the water lost due to evaporation, it is recommended to fit an automatic water level controller. The entire quantity of water is fed to the automatic paint sludge filtration system via the disposal pump. A coagulant is added to the water by an automatic dosing unit, as a result of which the paint sludge in the circulating water is disbonded and can be separated more easily. The cleaning of the circulating water takes place in the separately arranged paint sludge filtration system. Depending on the paint system and plant version, the separation system is operated using a full or partial current method. Optimum capture of the paint mist is guaranteed by the laminar air flow inside the booth. The rotary blow-off zone is a device for blowing the adhesive water off workpieces that have been washed for the purposes of painting. It consists of a closed stainless steel sheet metal housing with forced ventilation and is employed immediately after the washing installation. In order to achieve more effective drying in the case of fissured surfaces, the blower nozzles are arranged on a rotary axis. The adhering water is blown off by the parts by air blown at high speed through the rotary blower nozzles. The effect of this is that no water droplets remain on the workpiece that could lead to slight marks in the paint film. Due to the varying blowing direction, the water is also blown out of problem zones and scooped parts in most cases. In order to be able to optimise the direction of the blower nozzle air jets, the nozzles have adjustable nozzle heads. The water that is blown off runs back into the pretreatment plant. The blowing air is extracted from the blowing tunnel via a return air duct with adjustable suction apertures.

SOLAS PML is especially suitable for hard-shell jackets and can be easily fixed with the help of clamping device. It consists of two independent light sources. The white flashing light starts automatically by contacting water and can be activated manually, too. Burning time is 8 hours. Afterwards the chemical light source can be activated by bending the black protective cover. The chemical light source (green light) provides 8 hours burning time as well, waterproof and 4 years durable. All chemical light sources are non-toxic and do not burden the environment!

Softcontrol RM monitors the soft water produced by the softener for increased hardness concentrations and also triggers the regeneration of the softener in terms of quality. The monitoring of variable water hardness limit values from 1 ppm to 18 ppm takes place as well as the quality-controlled triggering of the regeneration of two columns of the softener. A continuous measurement takes place as long as water flows. Indicators are dispensed with and low-maintenance ion-selective sensors are used instead. The device has self-monitoring so that, in the event of service, information is provided automatically for less maintenance. The measured values are output on the display, via a 4 to 20 mA current loop and via a LAN data interface with Modbus / TCP. The data is also saved in the electronic operating log (USB stick). Installation and parameterization is easy to carry out on the device.

With SaveCost C, the parameterized hardness limit value is monitored in the range from 1 ppm to 18 ppm and the regeneration of the columns is triggered on the CLACK® control head if necessary. In addition to more operational safety, the softener generates up to 160% more soft water with less flushing water and salt. This also reduces operating costs by up to 60%. Monitoring and control is carried out on CLACK® control heads with the TWIN models; WS 1.0; WS 1.5; WS 2.0 and WS 3.0. With the integrated hardness sensor, the amount of soft water produced is monitored and forced regeneration is triggered when capacity is exhausted. The additional yield of soft water and the number of regenerations are displayed. In addition to the automatic self-monitoring, a chronological storage of operating data is integrated in the electronic operating diary (USB stick). A LAN data interface (Modbus) is available as an option.

Water hardness is influenced by changes in raw water, flow, pressure and bypass valve. The continuous monitoring of the water hardness behind a blending system with Softcontrol V-UE is therefore of great importance. The device monitors the limit value of the water hardness of blended water on a water softener approx. Every 30 seconds. The limit value can be parameterized in the range between 18 ppm and 360 ppm. The data is shown on the display, saved on the USB stick and output via a 4 to 20 mA current loop. The integrated ion-selective sensor works without the use of an indicator. Installation is simple, the limit value can be parameterized and the sensor, as the only common spare part, reports that it is easy to replace if necessary.

Softcontrol Carbonate is used to monitor the decarbonised water after a decarbonisation system. If the parameterizable limit value is exceeded in the range from 9 ppm to 90 ppm, an alarm is triggered. the device measures approx. 2 times per minute with the help of the integrated ion-selective sensor. Thanks to its continuous analysis, it offers protection for downstream systems and their processes. In addition, the device system monitors itself and automatically indicates the simple change of the sensor without additional tools. The measured values ​​are shown on the display and output via the parameterizable 4 to 20 mA current loop.

Softcontrol Data offers individual setting options and a clear presentation of the information on the display. The device is a comprehensive alarm system for upstream water softening systems with high safety requirements for the soft water quality. The limit values ​​for the water hardness can be set in the range from 1 ppm to 18 ppm based on the input water hardness. The measurement data and service messages are automatically saved in the readable, integrated USB stick and transmitted via a current loop and LAN interface with MODBUS / TCP. For increased operational and process reliability with the best user friendliness. A continuous measurement takes place approx. 2 times per minute as long as water is flowing. indicators are not used and an ion-selective sensor is used instead.
