Axon' has developed Axovolt®, a new range of high voltage cables and cable assemblies for challenging environment. These miniature interconnect solutions are able to be used up to 20 kVDC for the cables and 12 kVDC for the cable assemblies. They are designed for high voltage applications and reduced atmospheric pressure. ITAR-free, they are manufactured in France. Axovolt® cable assemblies are made with 22AWG, 24 AWG or 26 AWG wires insulated with FEP. They can be terminated with plug connector or receptacles. This is an ideal solution for Defence onboard electronics used by pilots in aircrafts.

In addition to the standard range of Micro-D connectors and assemblies, axon’ is able to develop custom designed solutions, based on Micro-D twist-pin contact technology. Such solutions are ideal when the operating conditions are critical for applications including aerospace, military, industrial, medical or off-shore. Axon' has developed picocoax® a complete range of miniature coaxial cables and harnesses for applications where a large number of signals have to be transmitted with no interference. They can be used for measurement equipment and medical devices. Picocoax miniature coaxial cables offer a good compromise between small diameter (for example 0.20 mm) and capacitance of 50 to 100 pF/m. Picocoax® miniature coaxial cables are made with silver plated copper alloy conductor and high performance dielectric materials including FEP or Celloflon (porous PTFE patented by Axon'). Axon' also offers multipicocoax made with bundles of 18 to 304 picocoax cables. These composite cables are very flexible.
