The LINCOLN Gas Conveyor Oven, model 1155-000-E, is an efficient and versatile cooking solution designed for high-volume food service operations. With dimensions of 1422x991x1067 mm, this oven features a 45.7 cm wide conveyor belt that extends to 1.422 meters, providing ample space for a wide variety of dishes. The adjustable temperature range from 121°C to 302°C allows for precision cooking, while the cooking time can be set between 1 and 30 minutes. Equipped with a 4.3-inch color screen and eight pre-set recipes, this oven simplifies the cooking process. Its stackable design allows for up to three ovens, maximizing space efficiency.
