Filtering plant FTC-AS 6.Bd is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Productivity – 6 000 m³/h. It is installed using modular panels, which provides a modular structure of the installation. The installation is made of 2 mm thick steel with subsequent powder coating. The fan unit is located in a noise-absorbing housing. Contaminated air containing waste particles obtained during production is transported to the filtering plant and the heavier particles in the settling chamber fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, while the air containing small light particles is filtered in cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane .
