A flexible high-barrier film that welds directly onto an rPET tray. A very thin gauge film, it has a density of <1, making is highly sustainable. This thin gauge is to ensure that the top film floats to the surface in the sink-float tank, while the PET sinks to the bottom. This way the PET flakes do not become contaminated. The PANDYNO FPPD vertical inserters allow to an operator to fill and seal the packs avoiding the use of preformed bags. The operator must in fact insert the product to be packaged in the magazine tube, on which a few meters of tubular film have been previously loaded. The product goes down into the tubular film up to the support surface. The operator manually closes the sealing bar by applying a slight pressure on the bar. The welding machine in a single operation carries out the welding of the package, the cutting of the film and the welding of the bottom of the next envelope. This operation takes place using an electromagnetic blocking device. By equipping the bagging machine with several loaders, it is possible to increase the productivity of the machine. To avoid waiting times it is also possible to pre-load different magazine tubes so that they can be quickly replaced once the film is finished. The standard model can be placed on a bench and comes with a charger of your choice.

The pressure switch P01 has been designed especially for use in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the impact and vibration resistances have been designed for this field of application. This facilitates their use in adverse ambient conditions such as can be found in mobile hydraulics. The integrated electronic switches (NPN or PNP) can be preconfigured ex-works. The P01 is available for pressure ranges from 0...10 bar to 0...1200 bar, whereby a switching accuracy of 1 % of the measurement range end value can be achieved. The maximum permitted media temperature totals 150 ºC; the ambient temperature totals 125 ºC. The parts coming into contact with media have been produced from stainless steel (1.4548) and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. Optionally, a damping device can be integrated into the media access.

The Pressure Switch F01 fulfils the high requirements of the EN13849-1 Machinery Directive. The F01 can be used for systems with Performance Level PL d and for safety-critical applications. The F01 has an E1 approval. The F01 is available for pressure ranges from 10 to 1200 bar and has two switching outputs which switch inverted to each other. The F01 is also available with one switching and one analog output. The current output is read back by the F01 to ensure the output signal is emitted correctly. To be able to use the F01 in many applications, users can select different pressure connections. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. Through the calibration of the transmitter via temperature, a total accuracy of 1 % FS can be achieved within a range of 0...80 °C. The maximum media temperature totals +125 °C. The stainless steel parts coming into contact with media guarantee maximum media compatibility in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell.
