Our Thermoforming systems are comprised of tray forming, automatic weighing - dosing of liquid/granule / powder filling, product vibration, film sealing, cutting and labeling sections within a single processing and packaging line. Product collection and sorting are also combined to the system. perFORMA300 series are able to work with all kinds of the top and bottom webs. Depending on the requested packaging structure, perFORMA300 series are capable of both MAP and Vacuum packaging applications. Double- acting form or homogeneous piston form units can be fitted to the production line.

Wattsan M4S milling machine with 4 spindles is intended for continuous material processing. Working spindles are changed automatically that significantly facilities the operator’s work. Spindles have power of 6 kW and come with an ER-32 collet chuck. Only one spindle can be in operation at a time. The working area is 1300x2500 mm. The processed material is fastened by the vacuum table. Pneumatic stops and a vacuum table make setting of the material on the table fast and accurate and facilitate double-sided or straight-line processing

The new VegKing VP1900 processing line is made for binding / cutting vegetables, herbs, aromatics, etc. Adjustable speed, forks be changed in size, Cyklop AXRO binder can be shifted to the right position.
