The 20 foot high cube container is particularly resistant, because its entire Corten steel structure is made up of corrugated metal walls and stringers on which a 28 mm marine plywood floor resides. The 20 HC maritime container opens outwards at its end, it is equipped with a double door lockable with two cremones on each opening. The Acme T Seal is a fixed length metal seal manufactured in Tin plated steel. The design features a unique double locking action and inspection holes in the lock box which enable the user and security personnel to view the tips of the "T" mechanism within the lock box ensuring the seal has been correctly locked and has not been pre-tampered. This seal cannot be disengaged by intrusion or manipulation, nor can it be dismantled or cut without leaving obvious traces. It can be manufactured in operating lengths of between 10cm to 95cm and is suitable for use in temperatures of -60ºC to 320ºC (-76ºF to 608ºF). The Acme Bulldog Seal is a fixed length seal manufactured from two dissimilar materials. The Acetyl insert is durable and will withstand freezing and boiling conditions, whilst the polypropylene body is flexible for easy use. The design includes rolled heat staking technology to secure the insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut and a break off point for easy removal. This seal is ideal for securing vehicle doors and fire doors but is also suitable for other sealing requirements.
