Whether amateur, professional or student, the workshops at MDFGO Fogo can be used by anyone. We give you the chance to reduce the costs of casting your sculpture in bronze. We offer our workshop so that, accompanied by our professionals, you can produce your own waxes for casting and/or finish your sculptures after they are cast in Bronze. We also provide spaces for modeling sculptures in clay or plasticine. All of our spaces are available for sculptors and visual artists to use in developing their projects, using our machines and equipment as an extension of their studio or as a space for experiments, counting on our help in clarifying technical doubts.

Aluminum can also be used in artistic casting, although it is most often used in railings for historic buildings, balconies and street furniture due to its lightness and wear resistance making it ideal for use in sculptures and artistic pieces. KIGEMA applies centrifugal casting to components using all copper and aluminum alloys covered by international and local casting standards (DIN EN 1982:1998-12, PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, BS 1400), as well as using special alloys.

The bearing cage is designed to keep the rolling elements apart and prevent from mutual contact. It also keep the rolling elements evenly spaced in the bearing. Centrifugal Casting process ensure high quality of castings which increases bearing durability.
