Natural casings are a natural product, as you can tell from the name. Natural casings are washed, cleaned with water and then stored, using the traditional natural brine method. Water and salt are the only additives. While many others in the industry use phosphates in their treatment, our process is phosphate-free, based on a procedure designed in collaboration with the University of Louvain: our VDJ Pre-Flushed Wet Pack. In order to help sausage-fillers work more efficiently, many of our casings are supplied on plastic tubes. This can save a significant amount of time, particularly in industrial applications. We guarantee that both the soft and the hard tubes are recyclable. We use only reusable and resealable packaging. All of our packaging is recycled. As with all meat products, the origin of our casings is fully traceable.

The Aero Gun works with a plastic rotating tube of high quality (made in Japan). The gun creates a swirling air flow (without chemicals). Very efficient for removing dirt, dust, fat etc. on places or materials that are difficult to clean: Fields of application - interior of cars, motorcycles, boats - vent holes and airco - dashboard - carpets (textile and synthetics) - around car and back seats - around gear stick - beneath car hood and gate stops - glove and storage compartments - wheel rims

The Ball Booster is the latest cleaning gun from the 3rd generation. The ‘Ball Technology’ works with a special kind of ‘ball’ instead of a plastic or metal tube. Because of this, the gun can be used with 4 bar air pressure instead of 6 or 7 bar needed for traditional guns. The new high-tech motor guarantees less down time. After years of research, finally, a cleaning gun that gets the job done without mechanical failures, arises.

The Red Ball is a cleaning gun with Ball Technology. Meaning it has a ball where there usually is a plastic or metal tube. This allows you to use the gun with a working pressure as low as 4 bar instead of the 6-7 bar for classic cleaning guns. Furthermore, only the ball spins, and not the internal tube of the Red Ball. This keeps the internal hose free of wear and doubles its lifespan. The high-tech motor guarantees troublefree operation.
