The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.

These impurities are retained by a wide filtering bag which reduces the frequency of required cleaning operations. Thanks to a quick bolt system of eye-bolts the lid can be opened quickly which makes it easier to change the bags. Each bag filter housing is designed to accommodate Neodymium magnetic candles ideal for removing ferrous particles such as magnetite. The magnetic candles are not in direct contact with the water. By removing them the particles will fall off into the bag. This feature makes them extremely easy to clean. The valve installed on the top cover can be used to add chemicals for system cleaning.

Module vertical bag filters constitute a line of traditional de-dusting units with bags attached in a vertical system. They are intended to extract dry dust from gases in all industry sectors. They are characterized by ability to purify great quantities of gases. It is very important in case of long bags. •Modern regeneration system - Twin-jet enables applying of purified gas originating from the filter clean chamber to carry out this process. In this way efficiency of regeneration grows up and, at the same time, compressed air consumption goes down.
