Crack testing with fluorescent substances is a well-established procedure for safety-critical components exposed to high loads. The vastly different, and often very large-scale dimensions of components used in aviation present a unique challenge. These require systems to include transportation equipment and containers sized to fit. Precisely timing individual chemical testing steps is another, even more challenging aspect. We also develop and manufacture the equipment used to handle components within our systems. Perfectly planned and executed, our equipment ensures systems as efficient as they are reliable.

Manufacturing precision components demands perfection in each individual production step. We support the entire production process with systems for all chemical and electroplating processes (including degreasing, etching, staining, hard chromium plating, nickel coating) and selected testing processes – from design to installation and maintenance. Almost all of our orders involve implementing complex and highly individual customer requirements. This results in custom-tailored, specialized solutions reflecting not only our experience and high commitment to quality, but also our profound flexibility.

AIRLAM is made out of two layers of phenolic resin prepregs and is used as a stabilizing base layer through all of our flooring products. AIRLAM products fulfill the AIRBUS Specification 2520M1M013101 and DON 608-05, Issue 10/94.

With our new Fast Curing System we are now able to provide a superior 2k Sealant to achieve a new level of installation time. Set-up time has been reduced to 10 minutes and full strength cure is reached in max. 2 hours. The main product and tradition is the production of parts for the aviation industry and tools for the hydroforming of aircraft aluminum parts of the aircraft structure. We use laser technologies, for instance LENS, to produce the most demanding products, including the ones from titanium. For this purpose, we have developed all the appropriate procedures for traceability, production and quality control of materials in the narrowest tolerances. Our expertise in the treatment of aluminum alloys of the 2xxx and 6xxx groups, as well as the alloys of the 7xxx group, in the states required by the aviation and space industries, is particularly important.
