Our Alpha bed system is a lightweight rolled steel section frame system which creates a highly robust bed frames in any size or shape. The design is complete with our foldaway leg system and is designed to exceed the strength of wood or aluminium as well as residential and commercial specifications. Our Alpha bed frames are made for use with single, double, queen, king size beds and any custom size needed, and the versatility of the design gives the user the option to mount the frame in the vertical or horizontal mode. The spring balance lift mechanism (SBLM) powers the wall bed, matching sizes of the Alpha bed system. The heavy duty, universal, easy-operation SBLM construction features our unique spring mechanism. Designed for everyday use, this mechanism allows for varying spring combinations in order to balance all bed sizes, from single to king and creates easy fingertip operation so even the latest heavier hybrid mattresses can be used and lifted with safety and ease.

A Chick Workholding Foundation Plate is tailored to fit the machine’s specifications. A standard grid pattern to simplify designing, cataloguing and utilisation of fixtures, providing consistency and repeatability to set-ups. Length and width tailored to the machine’s work envelope. Precision ground cast iron to 35mm thick. 50mm spaced holes, drilled and tapped, for use as both location and hold down. Sealed with chip plugs. An alpha-numeric labelling system. Minimises set up time from workholding system to system. Machine interface mounting holes, customised for each machining centre.

Alpha 488 S produces fully automatically Twisted-Pairs out of two single bulk wires completely cut-to-length and terminated, with all quality controls included. The modular composition of the system provides superb flexibility. Four processing stations at the wire beginning and two at the wire end offer extensive processing possibilities. The machine layout accommodates up to six processing modules. Wires with cross sections ranging from 2 × 0.22 mm² (AWG 24), optionally from 2 × 1.3 mm² (AWG 26), to 2 × 2.5 mm² (AWG 14), (processing set short open ends up to 2 × 1.0 mm²) can be processed in the highest quality. Alpha488S is available in the versions of four, seven and ten meters. In combination with the Komax crimping modules mci 722 or mci 712 and the Komax seals module mci 765 C as well as with the quick-change systems and the integrated quality monitoring systems Alpha 488 S ensures maximum process reliability and extremely short changeover times.
