DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: CIGALES
The harvest took place in early October, subjecting the grapes to a gentle crushing and destemming. It fermented at a controlled temperature. Following this, malolactic fermentation was carried out. Subsequently, it was clarified, stabilized, and bottled.
