Pin Locking Elements

We offer manufacturing options for pin retaining elements and (double) spring pins according to DIN 11024. In principle, we use corrosion- and heat-resistant materials. Special solutions tailored specifically to your application are also possible. Environmentally friendly and chrome VI-free coatings in accordance with RoHS and WEEE are a matter of course for us. The areas of application are very diverse, ranging from general machinery and plant engineering to applications in rail transport and aircraft construction. Retaining springs/pin retaining elements/spring pins or locking pins are used for the secure fastening of shafts, axles, and pins. The advantage of these retaining springs is their use without plastic deformation of the springs, allowing for easy assembly and non-destructive disassembly. This enables reuse.
