URM offers a wide range of silicone qualities for the production of custom die-cut and waterjet-cut silicone rubber gaskets that meet the exact specifications of the customer. At URM, all silicone qualities are available in thicknesses ranging from just 0.008" to 1". The product is offered as continuous material on rolls or cut to your precise requirements. All silicone qualities are available with hardnesses ranging from 25 durometer to 80 durometer. Standard colors include orange/red, black, gray, and white; special colors are available upon request. Silicone is particularly suitable for applications exposed to UV light and ozone, and can be used at temperatures up to +230 °C.
