2000 TON Test Bench with Type 1 Clamping The clamping force is automatically managed based on the water pressure inside the valve during the test. The movable bridge on the upper side allows for loading the valve and provides the possibility of having two testing stations; while the test is ongoing on one station, operators can prepare the next piece on the other station. On the lower side, the bench is equipped with a tank for accumulating test water; an external reservoir can also be added as an option. This open upper structure allows for visual inspection of the valve seat during the test. This bench is controlled by a SKA500 pressurization skid.
