Cylinder Roller TR - DIN 5402 Part 1

Cylindrical rollers are used for bearings with high and heavy demands. Multi-row cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate both axial and radial forces. Our high-precision cylindrical rollers, like our other rollers, are manufactured in our facility in Italy. We produce a variety of designs with ground and unground end faces. Additionally, we profile rollers with the so-called ZB profile, which features a logarithmic edge drop to avoid undesirable edge stresses in the application. Upon customer request, we also manufacture special profiles, including fully logarithmic profiles. On request, we can also supply cylindrical rollers with qualities better than G1. These HQ (High Quality) rollers are produced by our partner in Switzerland. The cylindrical rollers are primarily made from rolling bearing steel 100Cr6, but also from 100CrMo7 or 100CrMnSi6-3, according to DIN 5402 Part 1 1993. Diameters range from 3.0 mm to 60.0 mm...
